Don Fulano is the stage name of José Rafael Fuente, a Dominican-American
merengue artist who rose to international prominence in the 1990s as a lead
vocalist for the genre-bending group Fulanito, known for fusing traditional
merengue with house, hip hop, and bachata. With hits like “Guayando,” “Cepilla,
