Dixon
Steffen Berkhahn, known professionally as Dixon, was born on December 21, 1975,
in Anklam, Germany. He is a German musician, house and techno DJ, and producer
who began his career as a DJ in Berlin clubs such as Turbine and Tresor during
the early 1990s. His breakthrough came with weekly residencies at WMF alongside
Mitja Prinz. In 2005, Dixon founded Innervisions, initially a sub-label of Sonar
Kollektiv, which became independent the following year. The label has
