Detente
Détente is an American thrash metal band from Los Angeles, California,
established in 1984. The original lineup consisted of vocalist Dawn Crosby,
bassist Steve Hochheiser, drummer Dennis Butler, and guitarists Ross Robinson
and Caleb Quinn. Their recording career began with several demo recordings
followed by the debut studio recording Recognize No Authority (1986), which was
released through the label Roadrunner Records and licensed to Metal Blade
