Delegation is a British soul music group formed in Birmingham, England, in 1975.
The band consists of Ricky Bailey, Len Coley, and Roddy Harris. Delegation's
initial breakthrough came with the release of their first single "Where Is the
Love (We Used to Know)" in 1976, which reached number 22 on the UK charts. Their
debut album The Promise of Love was released in 1977 and charted on the US
Billboard 200. That same year, Delegation released their second single "You've
Been Doing Me Wrong", which peaked at number 49 in the UK. The band's lineup
