David Ramirez, born 26 August 1983 in Houston, Texas, is an American
singer‑songwriter. After leaving college to pursue music, he released the
full‑length American Soil in 2009, followed by the self‑produced EP Strangetown
in 2011. His breakthrough came with the 2015 album Fables, produced by Noah
Gundersen, which garnered critical acclaim and led to a deal with Thirty Tigers.
Subsequent releases include We’re Not Going Anywhere (2017), My Love is a
