David Flynn, also known as Dave Flynn, was born on January 6, 1977, in Dublin, Ireland, and is an Irish composer, musician, and the founder and artistic director of the Irish Memory Orchestra After self‑studying guitar in his teens, he entered the DIT Conservatory of Music and Drama in 1998, graduating in 2003 and later completing a master’s at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in 2004.
