German DJ and producer Frank Tomiczek was born on December 30, 1968, in Bottrop, North Rhine-Westphalia. Also known as DJ Hooligan, he made his debut under that moniker with 1995's 3 Years to Become A Ravermaniac before becoming a key figure in the 1990s rave scene as Da Hool.
