Chris & Thomas
Christopher Anderson and Thomas Hien formed the American folk duo Chris and
Thomas in 2003. They studied together at the Liverpool Institute for Performing
Arts. Their live debut took place on November 18, 2003, at the Hotel Café in Los
Angeles. Their breakthrough came when "Take These Thoughts" aired on KCRW and
was included on NPR's Sounds Eclectic. They released the EP Vista Street
Sessions in 2004 and their debut album Land of Sea in 2006. "Take These
Thoughts" won best song of the year in the Americana category at the Independent
