Actress and singer Chloé Mons saw her career take off after meeting Alain
Bashung in 1997. Their marriage in 2001 led to a performance of Le Cantique des
Cantiques, followed by films, joint tours and new albums: La Ballade de Calamity
Jane with Rodolphe Burger and Chienne d'Un Seul solo in 2006, Par La Rivière
after the death of her husband in 2009, and Walking in 2011. A rocker at heart,
Chloé Mons finds inspiration in literature and her American blues, folk and
country roots.
