Bernardo Mitnik (performing as Chico Novarro; 1933–2023) was an Argentine pop,
bolero, and tango singer-songwriter, composer, and actor from Santa Fe. During
the 1950s, Novarro performed with jazz ensembles including Agrupación Nuevo Jazz
and Swing Timers. In 1962, Novarro joined the television program Club del Clan,
where he recorded the tracks “El camaleón”, “El orangután”, and “Un sombrero de
paja”. Novarro composed over 600 songs across various genres. His discography
