Ch!pz is a Dutch teen pop band formed in Amsterdam in 2003. Consisting of Rachel
"Rach-L" van Hoogen, Cilla "C!lla" Niekoop, Peter "P3ter" Rost, and Kevin
"Kev!n" Hellenbrand, the group made its debut with the singles "Ch!pz in Black
(Who You Gonna Call)" and "Cowboy" in 2003. Despite being considered by many as
'too childish,' their songs quickly reached the top of the singles charts in the
Netherlands after being heavily promoted on Fox Kids. Both tracks were included
