Carlos Rafael Cabezas Rocuant, known as Carlos Cabezas, was born on February 16,
1955, in Ovalle, Chile. He is a singer, guitarist, and producer who founded the
experimental electronic band Electrodomésticos in 1984 with Silvio Paredes and
Ernesto Medina. The group released two albums, ¡Viva Chile! (1986) and Carreras
de Éxitos (1987), before disbanding in 1992. As a solo artist, Cabezas released
the album El Resplandor in 1997. Alongside his solo work, he composed and
produced soundtracks for films such as La fiebre del loco (2001) and El
