Caretaker
Caretaker is an English three‑piece rock band formed in 1998 at Alton College,
where guitarist Harry Goodchild, Seb Carey, and Chris Grigg began recording.
Their breakthrough came with the self‑released EP Pause in 1999, which received
airplay on BBC Radio 1. In 2000, they released Routine and contributed to the
Fierce Panda compilation Cutting Hedge, leading to the album Caretaker in 2001.
The band released The Sign of Four in 2005 after a lineup change, toured with
Reuben, and later recorded the single "Rook/Impasse" in 2009. Their debut
