Candace “Candi” Carpenter is an American singer-songwriter born in Toledo, Ohio.
After learning guitar and songwriting in high school, Carpenter debuted in 2017
with the single "Burn the Bed" released through Sony Music Nashville, receiving
an A‑ rating from Jonathan Keefe of Country Universe for its lyrical detail and
“smoky” voice. In 2021, Carpenter issued the EP When the Asteroid Comes,
