Calla
Calla was an American indie rock band formed in New York City in 1997 by Aurelio
Valle, Sean Donovan, and Wayne B. Magruder. The group's initial lineup featured
Valle on guitar and vocals, Donovan on bass, keyboards, and programming, and
Magruder on percussion and programming. After forming, the band released their
first self-titled album through Sub Rosa in 1999. Calla signed with Young God
Records in 1999 and released Scavengers in 2001. The band's third album,
Televise, was released in 2003 under Arena Rock Recording Company. In 2005,
