C-Kan is the stage name of Mexican rapper José Luis Maldonado Ramos (July 26, 1987) who rose to prominence in the 2010s with his autotune-laden brand of Latin hip-hop. Born in Jalisco, Guadalajara, he began rhyming during his adolescence, delivering spine-chilling stories about street life, drugs, and gang-related violence.
