The short-lived hip-hop group Brownside was formed by West Coast rapper Eazy-E
in 1993. It was originally conceived by the MC as a Chicano rap take on his
former rap group N.W.A. Its lineup included Eazy-E, Gilbert "Toker" Izquierdo,
Pierre "Wicked" Lamas, José Philip "Trouble" Aguirre, and Carlos "Danger"
Martinez. Following Eazy-E's death in 1995, Brownside released their studio
debut Eastside Drama via Ruthless Records in 1997, followed by Payback (1999),
The Take Over (2006), Trece Razones (2008), and Banging Story'z (2016), the
