Brittany Anjou
Brittany Anjou, born in 1984, is an American composer, pianist, vibraphonist,
and producer. She studied jazz while growing up in Seattle before attending New
York University, where she studied music with figures who include Stefon Harris
and Jason Moran. In 2013, she founded and led the LARCENY Chamber Orchestra, a
thirty-member ensemble that performed her arrangements of Portishead's music.
She also began performing with members of The Shaggs in 2012 and helped form and
tour The Dot Wiggin Band as its co-vocalist. In February 2019, she released her
debut piano album, Enamiĝo Rec...
