Born in Los Angeles on May 7, 1966, musician, singer and choir director Brent
Ray Jones began playing the piano at the age of six and led his parish's musical
services from the age of fourteen. He began his professional career under the
group name Brent Jones & the T.P. Mobb, whose album reached No. 4 in the gospel
