Big Town Playboys
Big Town Playboys is a British rhythm and blues ensemble established in 1984.
The group was founded by Ricky Cool and Andy Silvester and is known for its role
in reviving American rhythm and blues music from the 1940s and 1950s. Their
recording career began with the debut studio recording Playboy Boogie (1985)
followed by the studio recording Now Appearing (1990). The ensemble reached
professional recognition in 1993 for the studio recording Crazy Legs, which was
