Big Moe
Kenneth Doniell Moore, known professionally as Big Moe, was an American rapper
born on August 20, 1974, in Houston, Texas. He began his music career by
freestyling on DJ Screw mixtapes before being signed to Wreckshop Records. His
debut album, City of Syrup, was released in 2000. In January 2002, he released
his second album, Purple World, which included the breakthrough single "Purple
Stuff" and peaked at number 3 on Billboard's Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. Big
Moe died on October 14, 2007, at the age of 33 after suffering a heart attack
