Belouis Some, born Neville Keighley on December 12, 1959, in Forest Hill, south
London, is a British singer and songwriter. He began playing guitar and writing
songs while attending Dulwich Prep London and Royal Russell School. In 1981,
under the name Nevil Rowe, he released his first single "Lose It to You" on The
Cue Record Label. Keighley formed Belouis Some in 1982 and started performing
live gigs around London. After signing with Parlophone in October 1983, he
