French rapper Beendo Z, whose real name is Jordy Mbvoumin, was born in Dunkirk
(Nord) on March 17, 1998. He grew up in Saint-Gratien, in the Val-d'Oise
department, and was set on a career in soccer before turning to rap. Influenced
by drill and trap, he released several notable tracks such as “Pegi 18” and
“Débrouillard pas bandit, ” before the 2022 release of his debut album, *L’Élu*,
