AWOL One
Anthony Charles Martin, known professionally as Awol One, is an American
songwriter, hip hop artist, and graphic designer from Los Angeles, California.
His early work included the albums Planet of the Shapes (1998) and Adopted by
Aliens (2000) with the Shape Shifters. In 2001, Awol One released Souldoubt with
Daddy Kev. Subsequent albums include Number 3 on the Phone (2002), Speakerface
(2002), Slanguage (2003), Feo (2016), Primer (2019), and Aponia (2024). Notable
collaborations include The Chemikillz (2006) with Mascaria and The Landmark
(2011) with Factor.
