August Burns Red is a Grammy-nominated, Christian-influenced metalcore band
formed in 2003 in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Thrill Seeker, the group's debut, was
released in 2005 and failed to reach the Billboard charts. Two years later,
August Burns Red reached Number 1 on the Top Christian Albums chart with Thrill
Seeker's follow-up, Messengers. 2009's Constellations topped the Christian
chart, too, while also reaching Number 2 on the Hard Rock Albums chart, Number 8
