Asuka Kuramochi was born on 11 September 1989 in Yokohama, Japan, and pursued a
career as a pop singer. She entered the entertainment industry in 2007, joining
the idol ensemble AKB48 as a member of Team K, before transferring to Team A and
later Team B, where she gained exposure through the group's televised
performances and fan events. Asuka Kuramochi released her first and only solo
single "Itsumo Sobani" on 29 May 2013, which charted modestly on the Oricon
