Aqeel
Glen Anthony Henry, better known by the stage name Aqeel, is an American singer
and MC based in Madrid, Spain. He began his career in the late 1990s, performing
backing vocals on Dr. Dre's album Chronic 2001. After traveling to Spain in
1999, he settled in Palma de Mallorca and subsequently relocated to Madrid in
2001. He collaborated with Samy Deluxe and K.C. Da Rookee on the FIRE TOUR, and
worked with artists such as Jotamayúscula and Mala Rodríguez. His discography
includes the maxi-single "Déjame" (2005), the album Beats & Voices (2005), and
the solo albums Inside the Mind of...
