Anthony Rother, born April 29, 1972, in Friedberg, Hessen, Germany, is a German
electronic music producer, composer, and DJ. Based in Offenbach am Main, Rother
established a European electro style combining synth-pop and electro with
four-on-the-floor rhythms. Rother released his debut studio album, Sex with the
Machines, in 1997, followed by Simulationszeitalter in 2000. In 2001, Rother
released the studio albums Art Is a Division of Pain under the pseudonym Psi
Performer and Electro Pop under the pseudonym Little Computer People, followed
