Anthony D'Amato (born November 27, 1987, in Blairstown, New Jersey) is an
American singer-songwriter. He recorded his first album, Down Wires, during his
senior year at Princeton University, graduating in 2010. The record earned
attention from NPR, which called his song “My Father’s Son” a “modern folk gem.”
In 2012, he released Paper Back Bones, a home recording that later received
recognition in the UK. In 2014, D’Amato released The Shipwreck from the Shore on
