Anna Brooks
Anna Brooks was born on July 16, 1974, and is a British jazz musician, soprano
and tenor saxophonist, and composer. Trained at Birmingham Conservatoire, where
she graduated with distinction in 1996 after studying jazz and classical
saxophone. She first gained attention as a member of John Mayer's Indo Jazz
Fusions, recording Asian Airs and touring India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka. In
2003, she released her album My Time, followed by Going My Way in 2007. She
