Anima Sound System, a Hungarian electronic band founded in 1993 in Szombathely,
is known for fusing Eastern-European folk music with modern electronic styles.
Their first international performance was at the Soundsfair Festival in Vienna
in 1996. Early albums like Anima001 (1994) and Shalom (1995) showcased their
acid jazz influences. The band's remix of the Hungarian national anthem,
