Angel Moraes, born on August 7, 1965, in Brooklyn, New York, is an American DJ
who began his career as a truck driver before transitioning into the music
industry. He started performing as a club DJ in the mid-1980s and gained
prominence in the early 1990s at notable New York clubs such as Sound Factory.
His first single, "Release Yourself", was released in 1993. In 1996, Moraes
achieved significant chart success with "Welcome to the Factory" featuring Sally
