Andrew Pendlebury
Andrew Scott Pendlebury is an Australian guitarist-songwriter. He studied
classical violin from the age of four before teaching himself guitar, influenced
by Django Reinhardt and Jimi Hendrix. In the mid-1970s, he was a member of The
Sharks and The Myriad Band. In 1977, Pendlebury joined The Sports, co-writing
hits like "Who Listens to the Radio" with Stephen Cummings. After The Sports
disbanded in 1981, he briefly joined The Dugites and then the Slaughtermen
(1986–1988). Pendlebury launched his solo career with Between The Horizon And
