Tomoaki Ando, born December 19, 1996, is a Japanese singer and entertainer from
Fukuoka Prefecture, best known as TOMO, a member of the Japan-Korea
collaborative boy group ORβIT. Before entering the entertainment world, Ando
trained as a marine engineer and worked aboard large passenger ships,
auditioning during port stops. He rose to national attention in 2019 as a
finalist on the survival show PRODUCE 101 JAPAN, which led to his selection as
