Amie Miriello
Amie Miriello is a vocalist who came to attention in the mid-2000s with the rock
band Dirtie Blonde, which formed in 2005 and was active until 2007. In the
spring of 2006 the group put out "Walk Over Me", a single drawn from its
self-titled debut and issued through Jive Records, and that same year it spent
months on the road across the US as a support act for INXS and Teddy Geiger.
Miriello now performs under her own name, and a second album for Jive was
reportedly close to completion as of early 2008.
