Alexis Strum, born July 5, 1981 in Chingford, Essex, England, is a British
singer-songwriter associated with pop. She began writing songs at a young age
and later secured a recording deal in the early 2000s, during which she recorded
an album that was ultimately shelved. Her earliest releases include the EP Bad
Haircut (2005), followed by singles such as "Go My Own Way" (2006) and "It Could
Be You" (2006). In addition to her own recordings, she has written songs for
