Swedish singer-songwriter Albin Lee Meldau was born in Gothenburg on February 8,
1988. Raised by parents who worked as professional musicians, he formed his
first band at 12 years old and developed a soulful sound informed by classic
vocalists like Sam Cooke and Van Morrison. He then released "Lou Lou," his first
single as a solo artist, in 2016. The song charted at number 77 on Sweden's
Sverigetopplistan chart and appeared on Albin Lee Meldau's debut EP, Lovers,
