Ophélie-Marie Moisan, better known by her stage name Al.Hy, was born in
Saint-Amand-les-Eaux, in northern France, on November 15, 1993. After training
in piano and singing, she won several competitions and gained recognition
through her participation in the first French season of the TV show *The Voice*
(*La plus belle voix*), during which she was selected by Jenifer and finished in
third place. Shortly thereafter, Mercury released a compilation of the songs she
performed on the talent show, including covers of Niagara, The Verve, Barbara, 4
