Al Di Meola
A guitar virtuoso, Al di Meola (born in Jersey City, New Jersey, on July 22,
1954) has also made a name for himself through his many prestigious
collaborations, from Chick Corea's group Return to Forever in 1974, to the trio
formed with John McLaughlin and Paco de Lucia (1981), which saw him follow
various musical currents, from jazz fusion to flamenco and Argentine tango. In
2013, he paid tribute to The Beatles' repertoire on the album All Your Life: A
Tribute to the Beatles Recorded at Abbey Road Studios, London, and followed this
