岡野昭仁
(Akihito Okano)
Best known as the vocalist of the chart-topping Japanese band Porno Graffitti,
Akihito Okano is a rock vocalist from Onomichi, Hiroshima. He was born on
October 15, 1974, and developed an appreciation for western music as a child.
Although his first band, No Score, broke up shortly after its teenaged members
graduated from high school, the bandmates reformed in 1994 under a different
name: Porno Graffitti. Romantist Egoist, the band's 2000 debut, peaked at number
4, and the group enjoyed commercial success with records like 2004's Porno
Graffitti Best Blues, 2005's Thumpx, 2008's...
